And because NRG Ring never leaves your soccer bag, handle of your water bottle or key ring, you don't have to be a nutrition expert or memorize anything. Just put the cards in order on the enclosed metal ring and look for the card that fits your situation. Avoid foods that you are allergic to or don't care for. There are many suggestions to choose from.
