How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated time in shipping begins once the order status has changed to “Shipped”. SoccerPro makes every effort to ship the same day the order is placed but it is not guaranteed. The day the order ships is not considered the 1st shipping day. Orders may take 1-3 business days before being shipped.

Delivery Date Examples:

Day of your Order – Tuesday
Shipment Date – Wednesday
Arrival Date for 2nd Day Air – Friday
Arrival Date for 3-Day Select – Monday
Arrival Date for UPS Ground – within one week of Wednesday

Holidays and Adverse Weather Conditions may affect the Delivery Schedule.

Ground shipping typically does not take longer than 5 business days anywhere in the United States. However, if the order is coming directly from the manufacturer it may take an extra day or so. Also, international shipping varies upon location. A good estimate is 3 to 7 seven business days.


How do I return an item for exchange?

Included in your package you should have Returns & Exchanges instructions. For details on our Returns Policy please visit our Store Policies page. Please note that Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange unless it is found to be defective with 30 days of your purchase.

Does SoccerPro gift wrap items?

Currently SoccerPro does not offer gift wrapping service. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that all packages will not have billing amounts or pricing information in the box. If you are sending an item to someone else as a gift that person will not know how much money was spent on the item.


Do you match store prices if an item goes on sale after I bought it?

SoccerPro does not currently offer price matching on price changes on soccerpro.com or competitor websites. However, SoccerPro does offer sale pricing and will notify customers of special sales by email. Please sign up for our email newsletter to get updates on promotions.


How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items available to “Add To Cart” are in stock through the SoccerPro warehouse or as a “Direct From Manufacturer” shipment from the manufacturer. There are no “Backorder” items available to add to cart on soccerpro.com. When you visit the product page, after selecting a size and color the page will automatically refresh and state either “currently in stock” or “currently unavailable”.  There is also a search filter on Category pages called the “Just Show Me” bar. Use the Just Show Me filter to limit the products on the page to a specific gender, brand or size. Items that are visible on the page have inventory available for purchase matching your filter criteria.


I see an item is out of stock. Will you be receiving more?

Possibly. Manufacturers tend to change out colors of footwear, apparel and equipment many times a year. This causes some colors to go out of stock quickly and not be able to re-stock them. However, the same style will soon be re-stocked in the latest style and color. We recommend searching for the same style name and the filter using the “Just Show Me” filter at the top of the page to show just your size. This will give you a selection of styles available for purchase.


What is the status of my order?

Your order status is available online when you login to your account. Select “My Account” in the top menu on any page of the site and use the same account information provided when you placed the order. The order status will be posted there.
Some terms you will see are:

Shipped
You order has been fulfilled and has shipped to you. Order tracking information will be emailed on the day of shipment.

Direct from Manufacturer
The item is shipping directly to you from the manufacturer. Occassionally, the shipment tracking information is delayed from the manufacturer. Please send any returns or exchanges directly to SoccerPro if you receive an item Direct from Manufacturer.

In Shipping
Our shipping department has received the order and is preparing the order for shipment. It will usually go out within 1-2 business days of being in this status.

Partially Shipped
The order contained more than one item and a portion of the order has shipped to the customer and the remaining items are pending information from the manufacturer. It’s possible the manufacturer items have shipped and we have not received tracking for it yet. We will get tracking information to you as soon as possible.

In Shipping CU
There is an issue with the order that requires information from the customer that was not provided at the time the order was placed. This could be address verification, order inventory status has changed and a substitute item is recommended or other product verification questions.


Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely. Please call SoccerPro at 877-762-7776 during our business hours and a Customer Service Representative will be glad to help you place your order.


Can I return a clearance item?

Unfortunately we do not return or exchange any clearance items unless it is defective within 30 days of the order.


Can I return a customized jersey?

SoccerPro does not allow you to return or exchange personalized jerseys. Once a jersey is customized it is no longer in its original condition.


How long does it take to process my refund?

The returns and exchanges department will process the refund within two to five business days of receiving the returned package. It may take several business days to actually show up on your credit card statement.


Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. SoccerPro offers UPS 2nd Day Air. And, UPS Next Day Air service is available on request. Additional costs will apply depending on your location and the items ordered.


What does the “K” mean after a shoe size?

This simply means “kids” or youth sizes. Any size that has a K behind it is smaller than a size 1 and usually goes down to a 10K. Nike also offers size “C” referring to toddler size and youth sizes.


Can you ship to APO addresses or PO Boxes?

Yes, however we must use USPS as a means of transportation. USPS orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.


Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipping to an address in Missouri will be charged sales tax. Also any sale in our retail store in Columbia, Missouri is charged sales tax.
CANADA SHIPMENTS: EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 17, 2011 shipments to Canada will show Sales Tax which also includes the Duties and Brokerage fees related to shipments to Canada. No additional fees will be collected on delivery.
