| Our Story
SoccerPro.com first opened its retail store in early 2004 and launched
SoccerPro.com in July. Its owners, Curtis Stelzer and Tony Marrero,
both saw a chance to support the development of soccer by creating
a fun soccer environment for its customers, employees and anyone and
everyone who loves the game of soccer. Curtis brought to the table
9 years of professional soccer experience and Tony added his attempt
at college Div 1 soccer but also the entrepreneurial spirit and business
degree from Texas Christian University. Together they’ve “boot
strapped” a soccer specialty store to success in the middle of
Missouri.
Now SoccerPro.com is quickly growing and has reached all 50 states, Puerto
Rico, Guam and numerous APO addresses with over 300 styles of soccer
shoes, the best soccer jerseys from clubs throughout the world all the
soccer gear any player, fan, coach, ref or parent could ever need. Its
customers range from the beginner who needs to get an inexpensive pair
of shoes to US National Team players who happened to need some gear quickly
and were referred to SoccerPro.com! With each season that goes by the
range and depth of shoes, balls, shin guards and apparel has grown to
make it easy for customers to find what they need quickly.

Community Involvement
SoccerGrow is a charitable giving program started in June 2008
by SoccerPro to tap into the power and potential of the SoccerPro customer
base in order to support and grow positive change in the world. Soccer
has a unique power to heal wounds across barriers of race, class, language,
gender, and age. Therefore, the main mission of SoccerGrow is to
create and maintain a network of partnerships with charities, not-for-profit
organizations and individuals through which SoccerPro can donate soccer
equipment and money to those in need.
An ideal partner to which SoccerGrow can support will have these qualities:
- Functions without the help or aid of SoccerGrow
- Shows evidence of strong networks, community roots, etc.
- Have the capacity and logistics in place to handle SoccerGrow’s
donation
- Ideally, be a long-term or reoccurring partner
If you are interested in partnering with SoccerGrow, please send

Fun Stuff
Our Podcast - The Goalmouth Scramble
There are those who love soccer. There are those who love to talk. And then there are those who buy expensive audio equipment and record themselves talking about soccer. We good folk at SoccerPro talk about soccer all the time at our jobs, why not share it with the rest of the world?
The Goalmouth Scramble is a regular podcast offering designed to bring you our insight into the realms of club and national team soccer, trades, and fantasy tips and tactics. And because it consumes our lives so, SoccerManager.com strategy and tactics are always a major topic of discussion!
It's just wacky enough for you to take seriously.
Our Blog - SoccerProse
SoccerProse.com began as a creative outlet for our soccer-maniacal staff at SoccerPro to blog their thoughts & opinions on the latest happenings in the world of soccer. Whether it is about the biggest teams, the local rec league or training tips, we offer something for everyone. And because we all work at a soccer store, we like to write a bit about the latest soccer gear as well. We hope you enjoy our blog, and we always welcome your feedback.
Thanks for reading!
