Returns Policy
If the item you receive is not what you ordered, (including defects, incorrect size or style), simply return it to SoccerPro within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange it for something else. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Defective items are accepted for exchange only - no refunds on defective merchandise. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold in a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Any item that shows signs of wear will no longer be in original condition. We recommend that you try everything on indoors. SoccerPro will not accept or process your return if the items are not in their original condition. Applying shipping labels to shoe boxes as your return shipping box or garment bags used to package the items will be returned to sender and rejected for refund or exchange. SoccerPro makes the final determination whether the items are suitable for return or exchange. SoccerPro is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
SoccerPro will pay for one shipment of UPS Ground service
or its equivalent for an exchange. Additional shipping costs are charged
to the customer.

Packaging Instructions
Return all purchased items including shoe boxes with the merchandise in original
condition, a copy of your receipt and write the order number on the outside
of the shipping box. DO NOT USE SHOE BOXES AS THE SHIPPING BOX. For an
exchange or refund, please note on the receipt what item you wish to receive
in exchange for your merchandise or if you are requesting a refund.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
Any item marked as CLEARANCE is not considered for any refund or exchange unless
the item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. If a CLEARANCE
item is defective an exchange for a similar item is allowed.

Making A Purchase
SoccerPro only accepts orders for delivery within the United States and
its territories. Billing information must be with a credit card issued
in the United States.
We accept credit card payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Our staff is available to assistance you with your order. Call 877-762-7776 for customer support.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Team Orders
Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% service charge. All printed or embroidered sales are final unless such merchandise is defective.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping charges are based on weight and service zone and will appear on your order summary as you complete the information on our secure order form prior to final checkout. Shipping Fees will be finalized once the total number of packages and weight are confirmed. If there is a difference in cost from the stated shipping fee you will be contacted by email or phone.
Shipping is limited to the United States.
Shipments Direct from Manufacturer
On occasion, SoccerPro coordinates with manufacturers to ship items directly to our customers. Typical ship times from the manufacturer are within 2-4 business days. If you receive an item purchased from SoccerPro shipped directly to you by the manufacturer that requires a return or exchange you must ship it to SoccerPro - NOT THE MANUFACTURER.

Delivery Schedule
We ship your order as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock at SoccerPro will be shipped within 1-3 business days through UPS or USPS. You have the option in the Checkout to expedite the shipping method for an additional fee. Shipments may be delayed due to holidays, weather delays while in transit or other unforeseen occurrences. For time sensitive deliveries please call SoccerPro to confirm estimated shipping time.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in-state orders. Our business is operated from Missouri.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
SoccerPro does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
