Frank Lampard is one of the best box-to-box midfielders in the entire world. Lampard comes from a family of football, with his uncle being the famous QPR manager Harry Redknapp. Known for his intelligence on the pitch, Lampard has established himself as one of the best midfielders ever to play the game in England. At 18 years old, Lampard was a regular for West ham United under his uncle. Redknapp is quoted as saying that he believed Lampard would go “right to the very top”. Lampard did just that. In 2001, Redknapp was fired after a poor season and Lampard left the club, joining a club where he is known as a legend.

Lampard went to Chelsea FC and has since won three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, a Champions League, and a Europa League title. Lampard has the most goals by a midfielder of all time in the Premier League and is second all time in assists. A regular in the English national team, Lampard is one of only eight Englishmen to have over a hundred caps.
