The flashy Brazilian winger started out as a hot young prospect for Corinthians in Brazil. The winger has always had an eye for goal, especially off of free kicks. He helped Corinithians win several bits of silverware from 2005, when he made his debut for the club at the age 18, to 2007 when the club was relegated. He then was granted a move to Shakhtar Donetsk for a reported 11 millions euros. He flourished at the club and won everything possible to win at the club apart from a Chmpions League trophy. After 6 successful seasons at the club, he moved to (sort of) mega rich Russian club, Anzhi Makhachkala in the January 2013 window. Despite the big money move seeming like a long-term deal, Willian would leave the club in the summer due to financial issues.
Now we see the Brazilian move to London in a 30 millions pound move that has seen a lot of success. He has become more than just an attacking option for Chelsea, but an attacking force for the club.
