Al Rihla, which is the Arabic phrase for “the journey”, serves as the inspiration for these specially designed adidas boots. Throughout each silo we see a beautiful multicolor pattern that spans both the upper and outsole of the boots. Taking on the theme of “the journey” this pack seeks to celebrate the multitude of fans and players that are tuning in and playing the world’s game. The multicolor pattern throughout each pair of boots also appears with sail graphics that are meant to represent the individual journeys that players take to reach the world’s stage. Qatar isn’t only known for hosting the tournament this year, but also its unique and iconic architecture, maritime trade, and unique flag.
