Black adidas Messi 15

Messi has been out of action for a while now with an injury, but that hasn’t stopped adidas from dropping a bold new colorway of the Messi 15.1. Messi has already had 3 different versions of his signature line unveiled since its release and all have been big hits in the boot world. The 10/10 edition sold instantly when it released at the adidas store in Barcelona. I personally have the Running White and Blue colorway and I love the look of it in person. I have no doubt this one will grow on anyone that is on the fence about it at the moment.

The new colorway has a black base with Solar Green and Solar Red mixing in the rest of the upper. The Messi “M” logo on the toebox has a mix of the Solar Red and Solar Green color to give a Christmas-y feel. The upper looks much more like the Limited Edition 10/10 cleat with the scaly design. The MessiFrame is a mix of black and Solar Red, which adidas have said represents the intensity Leo brings to the beautiful game. The heel features a Solar Green adidas logo in the mix of a mainly Solar Red heel area.

The MessiFrame keeps your foot locked in to the boot while playing to make heel slippage non-existent in the Messi 15.1. The MessiTouch upper is designed to give a premium touch on the ball that keeps you close to the ball while adding a slight amount of protection. The GameTrax stud configuration is designed for both FG and AG while giving the player little to no stud pressure. Overall, adidas have jam packed the Messi 15.1 with all of the latest technology. If you were a fan of the F50 but wanted a bit more padding, then check out the Messi line up.
