Ship it back You can quickly get a shipping label from SoccerPro by using the UPS Return Service Label. Just print and ship to any UPS Store. An $8 fee is charged for an exchange or applied to the refund if the SoccerPro Return Service Label is used. You may ship the package back to us in any way you prefer. SoccerPro is not responsible for items lost in transit so PLEASE use a service that offers to track all the way to our door.
Getting something back? SoccerPro pays for the shipping fees back to you on valid exchanges and replacements on defective merchandise.
FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS The amount of credit to your account for a future purchase is based on the amount of time since you received the item before the defect occurred. Defective items do not qualify for a payment refund.
