999-Day Returns Guarantee

Yes, we said 999 days. That’s 2.736 years to return your product purchase if you change your mind. Truth be told, under the following guidelines you can return your product in 999 years if you want to – given that you do so according to the bullet points below. NOTE: if you’re not around in 999 years and your heirs want to return the goods, they are welcome to do so.


  • For a refund, the item(s) must be in new and sellable condition. All apparel items need their original tags. TRY ALL ITEMS ON INDOORS. DO NOT PLAY, PRACTICE OR WEAR THEM IN A WAY THAT WILL SCUFF OR GET THEM DIRTY. THAT MEANS DON’T USE THEM ON FIELD TURF, DIRT OR GRASS. THEY MUST BE IN NEW AND SELLABLE CONDITION. To reiterate, this means (a) you haven’t worn it to a Halloween party and are trying to return it, (b) your dog didn’t try to eat it, (c) it smells like perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, or any other noticeable odor that new stuff shouldn’t smell like. We have highly trained monkeys to sniff out such shenanigans.
  • Returns of sellable merchandise made over 120 days after the original purchase receive a credit to their account. Returns of sellable merchandise made within 120 days receive a full refund, less applicable shipping fees.
    For all refunds/credits, you must have proof of purchase.
  • Customizations – No returns or exchanges on embellished apparel items Licensed jerseys with the Add A Player or Add A Patch option are a Customized product. The base jersey will be embellished with the authentic name and number and/or patch (as indicated by your purchase). No returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • Proof of purchase required for all returns.If you don’t have proof of purchase we will not be able to offer a refund or credit. Proof of purchase is your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment or your order number.
  • All items returned must be shipped in a shipping box. Shoes or other items shipped in the product box with a shipping label stuck to it will not be accepted or returned. Because we want all customers to have a great experience, we won’t sell returned items as “new items” if they aren’t in new condition – including the box and original manufacturer tags. Please return shoes in their original shoe box placed INSIDE a shipping box.
  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS You have up to 180 days or 6 months from your purchase (your choice) to exchange the item. FOOTWEAR AND EQUIPMENT: DEFECTS MUST BE A MANUFACTURING ERROR THAT IMPACTS PLAYER PERFORMANCE. PRODUCT DESIGN (i.e. the shape of the shoe) IS NOT A DEFECT. FOOTWEAR: Small separations between the upper and outsole are NOT a defect. This is a normal occurrence that does not impact player performance. Defective items ONLY receive credit on future purchases. SoccerPro will pay for shipping back to you once the defective item is received and approved. Natural wear and tear on an item is not considered a defect.   • International Returns & Exchanges – Any item returned from international addresses for exchange will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense by US Postal Service Parcel Post and may require 2-3 weeks for delivery. If the customer prefers an expedited return shipping service it would be at their own cost.
  • Team Order Returns & Exchanges – For returns and exchanges on any team order there is a 15% restocking fee on all refunds. Shipping back to SoccerPro is paid for by the customer.
  • If you ordered a Clearance Item, we don’t refund these. Sales are final on clearance items unless there is a defect.

Clearance Items

Any item marked as CLEARANCE is not considered for any refund or exchange unless the item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. If a CLEARANCE item is defective an exchange for a similar item is allowed.

Making a Purchase

Can I make a purchase if I live outside the United States?

SoccerPro delivers orders within the United States and various international destinations. Available destinations are listed in the checkout process.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept credit card payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Our staff is available to assist you with your order. Call 877-762-7776 for customer support. English is the only language available through our customer service.

What happens to my order when submitted?

When your order is completed online, you will receive a confirmation of order via email. We will process the order within 24 hours and notify you of shipment, etc. All ordinary communication regarding your order will be sent via email. Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address when creating or editing your account. It is vital for you to stay informed.

Upon completing your online order we will confirm the order by email and update your account within 24 hours. You may login to your account at the “My Account” link in the top right corner of SoccerPro to check the status of your order. You will also receive an email anytime the status of your order is revised.

Economy shipping service starts at $4.99. It will combine the UPS and USPS services. Please look for delivery from your local mail carrier. It is NOT a guaranteed time in transit. Please upgrade to UPS Ground for a fully trackable time in transit service.

*Economy Shipping does not include USPS Priority Mail, USPS International service, UPS Freight, oversized items and shipments outside the United States. Team Orders, Large goals, PUGG goals, field equipment and other oversized items do not qualify for Economy shipping.

Delivery Schedule

We ship your order as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock at SoccerPro will be shipped within 1-3 business days through UPS or USPS. You have the option in the Checkout to expedite the shipping method for an additional fee. Shipments may be delayed due to holidays, weather delays while in transit or other unforeseen occurrences. For time-sensitive deliveries please call SoccerPro to confirm estimated shipping time.


*UPS Next Day Air service is not always available. SoccerPro makes every effort to ship UPS Next Day Air Service out the same day ordered as long as that order is submitted by 3pm CST Monday-Friday (not on UPS holidays).

Can I expedite the shipping of my order?

You may expedite the shipment of your package(s) during the checkout process by choosing one of the following shipping options (additional fees will apply):


  • Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday and before 8 a.m. CST on Monday will not ship prior to Monday.
  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may be expedited. SoccerPro will contact you within one business day if there are any exceptions.

What shipping options are available?

Economy Shipping service within the Continental U.S. starts at $4.99. UPS Ground is $8.99. UPS Freight and USPS Priority Mail shipments are not included from the Economy Shipping service.

What do you charge for shipping an order?

Standard shipping applies to shipments within the Continental U.S. For expedited shipping options, or for UPS Freight service, shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on the size and weight of the product.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, but only through USPS and UPS SurePost services. UPS Ground and other UPS expedited services do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

Please ship your item back to SoccerPro at your expense. A label is provided for UPS Ground service (where available) for an $8.00 fee. This fee will be charged to your account if it is used. The UPS Return Service label is for your convenience and will help SoccerPro process your exchange or refund. Please include the form found at with any return shipment.Once your request for exchange has been received and processed it will ship back to you by ground service at no cost to you.

Why have some items in my order shipped, but not others?

SoccerPro believes in offering you the widest selection of products available on our site. On occasion, an item on the site is only available through our vendor’s warehouse. If such an item is in your order, we coordinate with the vendor to have the item(s) sent directly to you. This process reduces the time to delivery to you. When this occurs, you may receive multiple packages. Because shipping varies with each vendor, delivery times vary but are usually within 5-10 business days. There is never a need for you to contact the manufacturer; neither for shipment, returns, or exchanges.

Pricing & Availability

SoccerPro works really hard to make sure that everything on the site is in stock, ready to ship, and priced appropriately. SoccerPro does not warrant that the site will be error-free. Should a site error ever arise, we will fix it ASAP. Pricing and availability of products on the site and in our retail store are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of SoccerPro.


For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Missouri address. CANADA SHIPMENTS: Shipments to Canada will show Sales Tax which also includes the Duties and Brokerage fees related to shipments to Canada.
