Though quickly gaining notoriety, it wouldn't be surprising if you were unfamiliar with Ulysses Llanez. Signing a professional contract with Vfl Wolfsburg on his 18th birthday, Uly has yet to play a minute at the senior club level. He has, however, kept his head down and his goalscoring form at the youth level has led to call ups from both the USMNT and Wolfsburg senior teams. At 19, he joins what is becoming a rather large list of youthful USMNT players plying their trade in the Bundesliga. Capable of playing on either wing, Llanez has the ability to take players on, play an incisive pass, or score on his own. As the Bundesliga gets going once again, we're excited to see how he progresses.
